5 oz Lobster
5 Clams
6 oz linguini
1 garlic clove (sliced)
3 oz marinara
1/2 shallot (diced)
4 basil leaves (sliced)
Crushed red pepper for heat
1 oz butter/white wine
salt and pepper to taste
Top with shaved Percorino
