1 Tablespoon of olive oil
6-8 shrimp (medium size)
1/2 portabella mushroom sliced
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
6 oz of angel hair pasta
2/3 oz of lemon butter (your preference)
3-4 cloves of garlic sauteed in 1 tablespoon of butter
Add 3 oz of white wine and reduce to half the amount.
Add 2 tbls of cream, 2 tbls of lemon juice, and turn heat off.
Add 1 stick of butter and incorporate. Be careful not to break the sauce.
