WOKa WOKa Sesame Chicken Recipe

  WOKA WOKA SESAME CHICKEN

Entree
• 1 lb chicken breast, cut into small pieces.
• 2 stalks Broccoli, Florets
• 1 small White Onion, cut
• 1 Red Bell Pepper, julienne
• 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 4 cups Brown Rice, prepared

Sauce
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup water
• 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1 oz. sesame seeds
• 1 teaspoon chili paste
• 1 clove garlic, minced

1. In a saucepan, add the chicken broth, 1/2 cup water, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, and garlic. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Add the sesame seeds. Add the cornstarch to 1/2 cup of water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the sauce mixture and bring back to a boil. Remove from heat and add to entree.
