Omaha Lamb Rack
Grilled rosemary marinated Lamb Rack served over roasted peppers, corn and eggplant with Taziki sauce
Lamb Rack Recipe
Marinate lamb in rosemary and shallots
Pre-heat oven to 425
Place lamb in and oven safe pan.
Pop it in the oven and cook to temp.
Sauce
Roast sliced shallots in a tsp of butter and a tsp of oil
Add a tsp of Dijon mustard and a dash of Maidera wine fresh rosemary and demi glace mix well and serve over lamb.
