2 (10 ounce) packages of chopped, frozen onions
24 oz of softened cream cheese
2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of mayonnaise

Roll the thawed onions in paper towels, squeezing to remove excess moisture. Combine the onions, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Mix well.
Spoon into shallow 2-quart souffle dish.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with corn chips or assorted crackers.
