Bishop Confirmation Services Announced

North Little Rock---The Executive Board of Elders, Full Counsel Staff, Associate Pastors, Ministers and Membership, along with the Full Counsel Ministries Ministerial Association, Bishop I.V. Hilliard and the Confirmation Committee of the Association of Independent Ministries herby announce the Confirmation Ceremony of Bishop-Affirmed Silas A. Johnson.
 
The upcoming Bishop Confirmation Service will take place at 7 P.M on December 10th 2010, at Full Counsel Metro Church, 1700 N. Maple in North Little Rock.
 This mega event will definitely be a landmark, not only for Bishop-Affirmed Johnson and wife, Dr. Jennifer but for all those who admire, appreciate, and adhere to their ministry.  Ministries from across the US will participate in the historical occasion.
 
Dr. Silas and wife of over 36 years, Dr. Jennifer Johnson have been trailblazing pioneers in the state of Arkansas.  They remain faithful to the call of God on their lives and continue to operate outside the norm. Over the past 25 years they have developed an international ministry which includes:
 
„X the mother church Full Counsel Metro Church, which consist of over 4,500 members
„X four satellite churches, which consist of another combined 1,200 members
„X an Apostolic Association (FCMMA). The association has over 230 licensed and ordained ministers.
„X outreaches consisting of a Community Development Corporation, Christian Radio Network, Bible Training Center, Christian Academy, International Television Outreach, and a Recording Studio.

It is for these reasons the Sacred Ceremony confirming Dr. Silas Johnson's acceptance of the Office of Bishop is in order and, to this date, he will be the first pastor in Arkansas confirmed, rather than consecrated, as Bishop.

Giving utmost respect to the tenants of tradition, Dr. Johnson's ceremony will follow many of the normal procedures of a Bishop Consecration with a processional and Bishops counsel whose members include, Bishop Timothy Clarke, Apostle JoAnn Long, Bishop Charles E. Brown, and the Chief Confirmer, Bishop I.V. Hilliard.  This ceremony yields its uniqueness to the Word of Faith order.

From December 8- 12, the Full Counsel Metro Church has planned several events surrounding this ceremony:
