KATV Channel 7 - The Spirit of Arkansas: Stephanie Simoni

Stephanie Simoni is a general assignment reporter for Channel 7 News.

She comes to us from WJCL/Fox 28 in Savannah, GA where she founded the first ever continuing consumer beat that reported on the economy, new products on the market, and the local business community.

While there she went on assignment alongside Savannah's Mayor and other city leaders on an international delegation trip to Jiujiang, China.
 
Getting her bachelor's degree at American University Stephanie got her start in journalism interning at WTOP radio in Washington D.C. Immersed in the political atmosphere, she discovered her passion for journalism and was immediately hooked.
 
Born and raised in a town outside of Boston, MA, she is an avid Red Sox fan and enjoys a good snowfall. However, Stephanie is happy to leave the shovel behind and live in Arkansas!
