Steve Sullivan works with the award winning Channel 7 Sports Team as a sports anchor and reporter. Steve has called Arkansas home for the last thirty years, after being born and raised in Massachusetts.
Steve attended Arkansas State University, graduating in 1982. His television career began at KHBS-TV in Fort Smith, where he worked for three years as a sports reporter and anchor. After moving to Little Rock in 1985, he began a thirteen-year run as a sports reporter and anchor for another Little Rock station. Also in 1985, Steve was named Arkansas Sportscaster of the Year.
In addition to his television duties, Steve currently handles the radio play-by-play for the UCA Bears Football broadcasts and has been the play-by-play announcer for ASU football and UALR Basketball. He has also served as play-by-play announcer for several high schools around Arkansas, including Benton, Greenbrier, Fort Smith Southside and Fort Smith Northside.
Steve and his wife Toni live in Little Rock with their two daughters, Kayla and Keely. When Steve is not working or shooting hoops in the backyard with the girls, it is likely he'll be found on the links. After all, he is "Arkansas' Happiest Hacker."
