    1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped 1 onion chopped thin Kalamata olives Feta cheese, cubed Parsley, chopped fine Place lettuce in bowl, top with olives, feta, onions and garnish with parsley. Add dressing

Kids like slurping smoothies nearly as much as they like making them. Lay out strawberries and mangos, plug in the blender, and let them blend away. (To avoid massive messes, secure the blender lid yourself.) Serve with straws and mini-umbrellas for festive fun!

Makes 2 servings (about 1 2/3 cups each)

Ingredients

1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
6-ounce container nonfat pina colada yogurt
3/4 cup fresh chopped mango
3/4 cup fresh sliced strawberries

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  1.  Blend until smooth.
  1. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
