*serves about 4-6

 

  1. Drain liquid from two tins of chick-peas and remove into a large bowl.
  2. Add:

    1 tablespoon of salt

    1 tablespoon of red pepper powder

    1 tsp of ground cumin powder

    3 lemons squeezed

    1 large onion, diced

    1 large tomato, diced

  3. Mix well and serve.
