One of Little Rock's most wanted men is behind bars. U.S. marshals arrested 25-year-old Rahsaan Taylor one week ago in Illinois, and Wednesday morning he arrived back in Little Rock for the formal filing of charges.
Taylor left the Little Rock Police Department in handcuffs Wednesday. Police believe he is the man who went on a three-week-long crime spree in October, starting with two aggravated robberies, and culminating in a homicide on Halloween. The suspect is now facing 11 charges, including one count of capital murder, criminal attempt to commit capital murder, three counts of aggravated robbery, four counts of theft of property, kidnapping, and a failure to appear.

But that's not all.
(Officer Cassandra Davis, LRPD) “We did receive initial information that this suspect may have been involved in an incident at the Wal-mart. However, we have received supplement information. We will continue to investigate this. We're not sure if he was actually the suspect involved in that incident.”Taylor could face even more charges.
