Little Rock - Former President Bill Clinton will be on hand as his presidential library in Little Rock celebrates its fifth anniversary.
Clinton is scheduled to deliver a speech at mid-day Wednesday to about 1,000 guests expected for the event.
Organizers hope to avoid putting those guests through the wet misery that many had to endure when opening ceremonies in 2004 were held in a cold rain. Wednesday's event will be held inside a temporary pavilion.
