Man Shot by Fort Smith Police Dies

Police say officers investigating a woman's report of her husband threatening her with a gun Wednesday morning shot and killed 41-year-old Eric Berry.
Sgt. Levi Risley says Berry was shot by officer Brandon Davis after pointing his weapon at the officers and threatening to kill them.
