5 Dead in 2 Homes in Pearcy

Garland County officials say a vehicle belonging to one of the victims in the double-wide trailer was found on fire in Hot Springs, 13 miles away, about the same time.
Separate fire departments were called about 2:30 a.m. regarding the burning home and the burning car.
The mobile home fire was near Lake Hamilton High School. People at the scene told the Hot Springs Sentinel-Record newspaper that one of the dead was an elderly man.
Identities have not been released.

All four of the Gentrys have been close friends for over 10 years! Being lake lovers we all spent time on the lake together up until Ed Jr retired and I then bought on of his boats from him! We will miss them very much as we always made time to see them everytime were were in Arkansas! Pam was a wonderful lady and Ed was like a brother to me as I called him at least twice a month just to talk. I will miss that! To the remaing family members, our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to you!
