Medical Clinic Closes After Drug Arrest

Booneville police say they arrested Billy Noel at South Logan Family Practice for suspicion of illegally dispensing narcotics.Police Chief Albert Brown said Noel was released on $25,000 bond shortly after being arrested. Noel could not be reached for comment.
A sign at the clinic said it is closed until further notice. The person who answered a phone call to the clinic hung up.
