Arkansas Capitol Ceremony to Mark Veterans Day

Blanche Lincoln, Attorney General Dustin McDaniel, Sen. Mark Pryor and U.S. Rep. Vic Snyder also planned to be at Wednesday's ceremony. The 106th Arkansas Army National Guard band will provide music and the Arkansas Army National Guard Color Guard will post the colors at Wednesday's event.
