Stuff like this is the same reason your gas prices are high. We've overregulated, greened, EPAed, and sierraed ourselves right out of the loop. yeah shut the plant down, send the employees home. Same with all of the refineries and coal fired power plants and oil wells. let's just shut this place down and ride our bikes. why couldn't the EPA assist them in finding the proper container instead of shutting them down. I'll bet the correct containers will be so expensive and regulated that they will lay someone off just to afford the retool. You people just don't think about how all of this regulation and green hype is affecting our economy and our way of life. While your riding your bikes and hybrids, China is going to mow you down on their way to the top of the chain. We're losing ground.

Between the EPA and the Global Warming crowd, all industry will soon be moved out of this country. How have we allowed a small minority of elitist to take over our rights and get us to this downhill slide. We have allowed ourselves to be pushed around by a bunch of hand wringing, tree hugging, appeasing, whining, socialist. JMO
