Little Rock - Police in Little Rock say they've arrested a woman for fraud for allegedly trying to pass a fake winning lottery ticket.
Police say 56-year-old Ruth Dennis was arrested at the lottery claims center Monday afternoon. A man with Dennis said he gave her and her sister a ride from Camden with a $3,000 ticket.
It wasn't immediately clear whether Dennis had an attorney.
Lottery director Ernie Passailaigue says the ticket was clearly a fake. He says different numbers were cut and pasted onto the ticket in an effort to make it look like a winner.
