Car Theft Suspect Appears in Court
posted 4:21 pm Wed October 31, 2007 - Little Rock
One of the men involved in the burglary of a car that resulted in one man being shot and killed by police was in court Wednesday.
Joshua Black was found under a house Tuesday, not far from the scene of the shooting. Black pleaded not guilty to charges of breaking and entering, theft of property, and manslaughter.
He is being held in the Pulaski County jail on $200,000 bond.
Black and two others broke into a car being watched by police--then the suspects allegedly tried to run over the officers, and that's when police shot and killed one of the suspects.
