A two-car accident Wednesday afternoon knocks out power to a North Little Rock neighborhood. The accident happened in front of the Twin City Bank on Broadway. Police say a car hit a van and the van was thrown into nearby power poles. Three poles were broken, and power lines scattered across the road.
Two adults and a child were injured in the accident, but are expected to recover.
Power is expected to be out from the Rose City Intersection to Lynch Drive until around 8 Wednesday night. Police are asking everyone to avoid the area until the power lines can be repaired.
