The University of Arkansas Athletic Department and Razorback Sports Properties has announced the Arkansas-Louisiana-Monroe (ULM) game on Saturday, Sept.6, at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock will be broadcast on a pay-per-view basis.

Per Southeastern Conference television regulations, the game is only currently available through cable systems in Arkansas and Louisiana and on-line at ArkansasRazorbacks.com’s RazorVision to residents of Arkansas and Louisiana. The cost of the pay-per-view broadcast is $34.99.

The game may be made available outside Arkansas and Louisiana via ESPN GamePlan if the game is selected for the national pay-per-view package. ESPN GamePlan will announce games for its package next week. Cable and small dish owners can contact their service provider for ordering information.

“The University of Arkansas is pleased to partner with Razorback Sports Properties to offer a pay-per-view broadcast for the Arkansas-Louisiana-Monroe game,” Arkansas Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Jeff Long said. “As we near a sellout in Little Rock, we wanted to give fans that are not able to attend the game the opportunity to watch Bobby Petrino’s first game in Little Rock as the Razorbacks’ head coach. We appreciate the cable systems working with us to provide live television coverage of Razorback football throughout the state and in Louisiana.”

KATV’s Scott Inman will handle play-by-play duties for the broadcast with former Razorback Clint Stoerner serving as the color commentator. Another former Razorback quarterback, Quinn Grovey, will be the sideline reporter for both the pay-per-view broadcast and the radio network coverage.

“We are pleased to be able to offer the broadcast of this game to Razorback fans,” Razorback Sports Properties General Manager Ryan Gribble said.  “It’s an opportunity for fans that can’t make it to War Memorial Stadium to see the game and the festivities associated with the 60th Anniversary celebration of War Memorial Stadium.”

The Arkansas-ULM game is the re-dedication game of War Memorial Stadium as it celebrates its 60th year. Arkansas native Lawrence Hamilton will sing the national anthem, followed by a military plane flyover.

A small group of Razorback football players who played in the first War Memorial game in 1948 will serve as honorary co-captains of the Sept. 6 game. Video highlights of some of War Memorial Stadium's greatest moments will be played on the scoreboard video screens during pre-game and some of the timeouts.
