Begala: Arkansas Democrats Have Plenty to be Proud of

gear up for next year's elections. Begala told reporters Friday he hopes to learn some tips from Democrats in Arkansas, where the party holds all the statewide offices and three of the four congressional seats. Begala served as a counselor to former President Clinton and is a commentator on CNN. Begala is headlining the state party's annual Jefferson-Jackson fundraising dinner.
