FCSO Investigates Mayflower Stabbing

The victim, whose name authorities didn't release, was transported by air ambulance to a Little Rock hospital. She has told investigators that the stabbing was accidental, according to Sheriff Karl Byrd.
No arrests have been made.
An investigator and deputy at the scene escorted a man and a male child from the home to FCSO for questioning. The man wasn't being considered a suspect, according to Sgt. David Hall of FCSO.
"We just want to ask him some questions," Hall said.
A neighbor said Sunday morning that he had seen visitors at the rural Faulkner Meadows Road home leave "kind of in a hurry" Saturday evening, but hadn't noticed any other disturbances until he was awoken by the helicopter Sunday morning.
