The chairman of Arkansas' Public Service Commission is back in the United States after a tour of duty in Iraq (web|news) .
A commission official says that Paul Suskie is now at Camp Shelby, in Mississippi, and that he's expected to return to Arkansas next week.
Suskie has been gone since January. In Iraq, he served as a judge advocate general as a member of the Arkansas National Guard.
Suskie is expected to return to the PSC on August 1st. Former Supreme Court Justice David Newbern filled in as interim commissioner in Suskie's absence.
