Baxter County Drowning Believed Accidental

Authorities say Brenda Kay Pemberton was dead at the scene after being pulled from the pool about 7:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Officials say Pemberton had gone to the home with a gardener for yard and landscape work.
The gardener later found Pemberton floating face down in the pool. The body has been sent to the state medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
