Man Caught Using Deputy's Debit Card

The victim happened to be Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputy David Harrell, who identified 20-year-old Terrell Boykins from store security video.
Boykins is charged with theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. A judge set bond Wednesday at $25,000.
Boykins was caught after Harrell noticed the card missing and checked his account online. He found two purchases he didn't make at Walmart, then checked the store video. He recognized the person using his card as the same person who waited on him at Chili's, the last place he saw the card.
