Little Rock - The state Appeals Court has upheld the sexual assault convictions of a Greene County woman who was arrested after her husband gave police a videotape of her having sex with a teenager.
The court on Wednesday upheld the convictions of Monica Ann Cluck, who was convicted by a Greene County jury in 2008 on two counts of first degree sexual assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Cluck, a former Paragould elementary school teacher, was accused of having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old and a 15-year-old while serving as the leader of a youth group affiliated with the First Baptist Church of Marmaduke.
Cluck's husband gave sheriff's deputies a tape of his wife having sex with a teenager and said he set up the camera after suspecting her of having an affair.
