Vance Pre-Trial Hearing

Curtis Vance appears before Circuit Judge Chris Piazza at 9am Tuesday morning. Vance is charged with capital murder, rape, burglary and theft in connection to the brutal attack of 26 year old Pressly at her home last October. That trial is slated to begin September 9th.
In a previous hearing, Judge Piazza declared Tuesday the deadline for Vance to make a plea bargain.
