Channel 7 News - Two Men Face Criminal Charges in Immigration Raid

A federal grand jury has indicted two of the 24 men arrested in an immigration raid on a construction site near the Little Rock National Airport.

Juan Gabriel Ruiz-Torres and Jose Valencia-Mancilla each face separate criminal counts after the April 30 raid.

Indictments handed down by the grand jury Thursday allege Ruiz-Torres previously had been deported in February 2005 after serving a sentence on a felony menacing conviction in Colorado.

Valencia-Mancilla faces charges he illegally used a Social Security number not assigned to him while working for Naylor Concrete, an Oklahoma City company.

Prosecutors have said the others arrested in the raid face administrative deportations.

We have catch and release for illegals, too. Why don't we have a tournament like BassMasters, and the ICE agent who catches the most, by weight, will win a cash prize. If all we're doing is capturing and setting them free, we might as well make it a competitive sport.

The illegals are having the time of their lives and laughing at our judicial system, or the absence of it.
