Police Investigate Pine Bluff Homicide

Authorities in Pine Bluff are investigating their second homicide of 2008.
Police say they responded to a shooting call around 3:00 a.m Wednesday at 4106 West Short 4th Street. When they arrived, they discovered 28-year-old Ricky Williams lying unresponsive in front of the home.
Police think Williams was shot in the chest, but right now they do not have any suspects.
