Fiscal Session: Day 2
The House Rules Committee came to order at noon before the full House met at 1:30. There, Representatives passed the General Appropriations Bill covering all three branches of state government for the next fiscal year.
They recessed shortly after 2 p.m. The Senate did not convene at all because of the weather.
Both chambers return to work Wednesday.
