I AM SORRY THAT A LIFE WAS TAKEN AND PEOPLE WERE HURT BUT DELTIC NEEDS TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY DID, THESE FAMILIES HAVE LOST A SON HUSBAND OR FATHER,AND THE OTHERS CAN NOT WORK BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPEN ; $13,500 FINE PLEASE ARE LIVES NOT WORTH MORE. SUCK IT UP AND PAY THE FINE
