    Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers have recovered an abandoned vessel on the Arkansas River this afternoon.According to troopers, the capsized and partially submerged vessel was found half a mile north of the Three Forks of the Verdigris river.Marine Enforcement units located the vessel on a rock levy with no one found on board. Troopers say the vessel is a two man water scamp with a trolling motor attached.More >>
