OSBI has taken on a case out of Delaware County involving a Grove man who assaulted his brother.At approximately 2:00 am Sunday morning, deputies responded to a call about an assault in the 37000 block of South 610 Road near Grove.54-year-old Randy Murry was assaulted by his brother, 52-year-old Gary Murry.
