School Visit To Park Avenue Elementary in Stuttgart
The Todd Yakoubian School Of Weather hit the road again this Thursday morning and landed in Stuttgart. I talked to about 300 first and fourth graders about severe weather safety. I have a few pictures below of the classes and one picture below of Selby Tucker and me. Selby walked up to me and said, "You know my dad, he's Eddie Tucker". Wow... it hit me like a bolt of lightning that I was getting old. I was one of Eddie's first employees at Gator Golf here in Little Rock back in 1995. I have kept in contact with him over the years and met Selby after she was born. Now, she's in the fourth grade.

Todd, Thanks so much for coming to Park Avenue and showing our pictures so quickly. Our students enjoyed your visit and I'm looking forward to your return in April. Please note that there are only 100 bracelets in each bag, so we are 30 short for 4th Grade. I am not giving out any until we have enough, so if we have to wait until April 24h that's OK. 1st Grade got the pencils. Thanks for your visit. Tonight looks rough in the weather department. Todd, of course, nothing warms a grandmother's heart like notice of a grandchild. Thank you so much for posting the picture with script about our Selby. I always enjoy your reporting on Channel 7 and look forward to seeing you there. Although we have not met, Eddy has told me so many good things about you that I feel like I know you. Don't tell him I gave him away on telling good things about you; he had rather you think he trashed you :<). Thanks again, Linda Tucker (Lindamom)
