How about a taste of the Orient?  Everything from egg rolls to fried rice!

And chicken shish kabobs for good measure!

I'm all ears!  This is another personal favorite.  Nothing like the natural juices from roasted corn on the cob.  Drizzle with butter and sprinkle on some Cajun seasoning -  hmmmhmmm!

Fat Sam's also spicing things up!!! Jambalaya, gumbo and grilled alligator on the menu.

These deep fried slices of cheesecake on a stick were the bomb!  A Riverfest volunteer says, "I'll take two, please."  I also, surprisingly,  enjoyed the deep fried Oreo cookies.  Both are dipped in funnel cake batter.  Best of both worlds!!!

Here's the real brains behind the operation at Fat Sam's (on the left), mom.  She taught the kids everything they know! :)

Guys hard at work!  The pork and chicken shish kabobs at the Arkansas Philippine Association are truly something special.  My favorite - the pork.  The sauce is awesome and meat....hmmmhmmm good!
