Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!!!!!

I LOVE snow!  I know some people don't, but I do!  It brings out the big kid in me.  Thursday, I headed up to Russellville for the 5 and 6 for a story on the power outages due to the high winds earlier this week.  Well, when I arrived around noon, there was nothing happening, so I sat down and ate lunch, then set the truck up on the parking lot of the new Baseball field at Arkansas Tech.  Around 4:30, it started sleeting a little but mostly rain.  Around 5, it started snowing those big pretty flakes like crazy!  It was beautiful!  In the 3 hours I was in the snow, we had about an inch accumulate on the truck according to my measuring tape on the truck, but that is an unofficial total.  When I get time during live shots, I like to take pictures of the goings on behind the scenes.  I had time on this live shot, and they are below as well as some beauty pictures.

If you look closely, you can see the accumulated snow on Lil' Pard's dish.  Since it was dark, this best shows the snow just before I packed up and headed home.
