2. Chef Dennis Ball of the Pleasant Valley Country Club showed us how to make Cornmeal Gambas (shrimp) with Jalapeno Corn Relish.  He was on to help share information about the 2009 St. Vincent Auxiliary Men's Pro Circuit Tennis.  The event is April 3 – 11 at Pleasant Valley Country Club in Little Rock.  If you would like tickets to the tennis tournament, you can call 501-552-3550.
3. Dr. Susan Yee of the Cosmetic & Laser Surgery Center joined us today to share what Cosmetic Surgery’s are appealing to the males.  If you would like to contact Dr. Yee you can call 501-224-1044 or 1-866-529-6061. 
4. We also had a visit from the EMBAR Entrepreneurship University (EMBAR Energetic.Motivated.Bold.Ambitious.Resourceful) students.  These students are learning how the be better entrepreneurs.
5. We concluded the show with the music of Keith Sykes.  Among other things, Keith was once a member of Jimmy Buffett’s band.  He co-wrote “Volcano” and many other songs.  You can catch Keith, and one of our music guests for next Friday, Susan Gibson at the “Pickin' and Winnin' " singer/song writer event at the Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs.  It's Friday & Saturday, March 27-28.  We’ll hear from Susan, who wrote “Wide Open Spaces” for the Dixie Chicks, next Friday.
