We’ve had Dee Dee Helbig of Ava Bella Day Spa on GMA often teaching us home beauty aids. Today we played “What would you use?”
What would you use to clear dandruff.....lemon juice or egg whites?
Answer: Lemon Juice
Apply to the roots of your hair (at your scalp) and leave for 10-15 minutes, before you start getting ready to go somewhere.
What would you use to make your nail beds white.....denture tablets or white wine vinegar?
Answer: Denture tablets
Put fingers in water with denture tablet. It removes the residue.
What would you use to help whiten your teeth.... vitamin C tablets or hydrogen peroxide?
Answer: Hydrogen Peroxide
Swish one tablespoon in your mouth twice a day. Do not swallow this.
How do I help eliminate crow's feet... apple vinegar or olive oil?
Answer: Olive oil
Apply a little to the crows feet at night.
You can also use this for dry hands.
What can I use for conditioner for my hair.... avocado, mayonnaise or lemon juice?
Answer: Avocado or mayonnaise
Mash the avocado.
Apply either to the hair starting at the ends, not the roots.
She also brought a fun two in one product called the
