Crab Avacado Salad

Here's a sample recipe from Chef Jason Morell

Crab Avacado Salad

1 red onion
3 tomatoes
3 avacados
6 lbs jumbo lump crab
rice vinegar
salad oil
sea salt

dice onion, tomatoes, avacados & crab

mix all ingredients and toss on top of salad greens
