Jason was great!! Thanks for the link--been dying to see it!! We love the 3-4 minutes devoted to The Buzz guys each morning; it's the best part of starting the day! We don't miss it except when they're "on location". Why not give them five minutes? Start tomorrow when David gets his hair BUZZZED! I've become a KATV fan now!

Ben Colter. WOW! What a great talent from Arkansas. Seems like a very nice young man to boot. Now I'm sure we all want to know the "Hey I know you" story from Beth. Please have him on again. Love your show. Maybe Jason could sing along with Ben. HaHa. Or better, maybe Beth could.

will you post the recipes from the lady that was there this morning -January 15. She was talking about eating helathy with whole grains, etc.
