I just want you to know your baby is so gorgeous!!! I too had a wonderful delivery at baptist. Although my baby was born prematurely it was a wonderful feeling to be surrounded with so many doctors and nurses that had a certain zest about them to care! Baptist is a wonderful place to be in any situation. Anne is now watching over everyone and she's going to watch the horrible person who done this to her laern all about the justice system when you stand up for and with it! This man is a horrible person who GOD will handle on his own. I hope you and the entire KATV Family stay strong and continue to smile, Anne loved you guys and still does. She is still with us, her work is not done!!! She's smiling in Heaven at your beautiful new baby. I do hope she had the chance to see her. God bless you!

I Think you have a beautiful baby girl Christina and her name is matches her to the T make sure you post new pics of her frequent so that we can all see how much she is growing. I am a mother of 2 girls and we live in Hot Springs, AR. I was telling my friend Carol that you were pregnant before you announced it on TV. I don't know what it is but a Woman knows when another Woman is pregnant and now Heather is pregnant please give her my congrats. and take care of your little bundle of joy and always remember when one person goes another comes into your life for a reason. i have followed along with the story of Anne Pressly and I am so sorry she had to go the way she did and remember that he has coming something coming to him. so always put baby sydney in your arms and tell her everyday that you love her and protect her and that everybody love's her especially god up above. so please post new pics of her frequently so we can see how much she is growing ok.

Christina, Thanks for all the posts and sharing all this with your viewers. I am so happy for you and your family. Sydney is beautiful. We are looking forward to having you back on Channel 7 though. I know it must be hard to think of leaving that precious girl. We are moviing out of the state in January so I really hope you are back before then!! I also wanted to send my condolences to you all over the loss of Anne. What a horrible, senseless tragedy. Although, the only way I believe you can get through something like this is to know that God is in control and He does know the reason even though we may never understand it. Thank you so much for sharring with us those beautifull moments!! Sydney is an adorable baby!! Time flyes, it seems like her birth was yesterday!! You look great also!! In your last post, you mention your friend Ann, and let me tell you that when I heard about Ann being brutally attacked, I was shocked. I am still very shaken by her death, she was almost my age... Yes, time will heal wounds but I will keep her in my mind. Anyway, I wish you all the best for you and your family with Sydney. Does she sleep through the night yet? I just love the picture of her in her towel, she looks like my second daughter (18 months now!!). I look forward to seing you on TV again, even if Heather is great, we like you too. And, by the way, congratulations to Heather for a pregnancy!! It makes us feel like we are part of channel 7 when you share those great news with us... Thank you for being so "family proud"!! This is not the case with TVs from my country : France.

Hi, Christina. Babies are so precious and I know the happiness you are feeling is special. Sydney is so cute in the picture with your hubby and you. I do have to ask did you mean to only show her legs and feet in the other picture? I have a new great grandaughter who was born July 30 and her name is Christina Hazel Faith. Her daddy, my grandson will be home anyday now with the 39th and we are waiting with joy though I must admit impatiently. I pray for you and all of Channel 7 for the pain and grief of Anne's death. She was such a sweet person. She interviewed my grandson at a skateboard event and awed at the locket I showed her my husband (now deceased) had bought me with a certificate he had won at KATV. We ran into her several times when she was covering events we attended. KATV covered the sad news of my friend and her parents murders a couple of years ago so I do understand in a way I wish I didn't but it gives me the insight on contnuing to pray. On a happier note I passed you and your hubby as you were walking down the skybridge on your way in to have your little Sydney. I work as a RN there and think Baptist is special. We will be moving to Texas soon and I will miss working there. Praying for you, your family and KATV family.

Your letter made me cry. I do not know you personally but I can tell just by your smile and outlook on life that you are as beautiful inside and you are outside. The Anne Pressly story has toched us all. I am expecting my first grandchild and her name is Sydney also They picked out that name even beofre your Sydney was born. I pray thaat both Sydney's never have to experience what Anne did. This world has become so violent that it makes you says "Come quickly Lord Jesus" My thoguhts and prayers are with you and your family including the Channel 7 family. I hope that this man will plead guilty and do the most humane act he can for what he did and not make Anne's family go through the decriptions that will have to take place in a court room recounting what he did to Anne that night. Please let them know that we all stand with them. All I can say now is Anne rest in peace . Your death has touched many hearts and the piece of trash t hat did this to you will now pay!!

I often thought how you dealt with Anne since your baby was born so close to the attack. My husband and I think about Anne everyday and even wake up during the night thinking about her. Oh, she is a cutie! Definitely a keeper! I thought about you during those terrible days following Anne's attack and death--about how emotional you must be! I understand those post-partum crying spells, and they come for no particular reason at all. How difficult this must be for you to deal with that and the loss of a dear friend. Nothing happens by mistake. I suppose God knew you would need something positive in your life to distract from the grief of losing Anne...and that something positive is that precious baby girl!!! Best of luck to you. Oh---and I'll tell you like everyone told me...hang on. The first month is the hardest!!!

Thank you for sharing your new little blessing with all of us! She is so precious! I know we all miss Anne Pressly. She was such a blessing to so many. We will miss her greatly. When my Dad died it took quite a long while to work through the grief and all that goes with that. In time I came to a point where I could remember all the things I learned from my Dad and the fun, silly, and important things too! It is painful to lose someone that we cared about so much, in time we will remember the good times, the silly times, the serious times we all had together. I neve met Anne Pressly but I am a Chrsitian and I know in time God will heal these wounds. Take care! God Bless you and your family and little Sydney too!

Having never actually met ya in person, allow me to say it would be an honor to hopefully one day meet the Channel 7 crew with ya included. I've been a big fan all of my life, and at 24 I still am a huge fan. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of y'alls beloved Anne Pressly. I am sure though, that when you get back I am sure afew of your newscaster pals at KATV will tell you I have been giving you all big support ever since the passing of your friend Anne. (at least I've been trying to help give some of your friends at KATV friend support, because I know how you all feel. I have lost loved ones before that still devastate me to this day. I support in the fact that ever since Annes' death, I have e-mailed some of your pals at the station to tell them of my condolences, as you have my condolences also.). I just hope in time with God's help you will have the strength to be happy and move on with your life to do what you do best, and that is be a part of the Spirit of our great state of Arlansas. I live in a south Arkansas community called Thornton, but since my serious surgery in May, I hadn't been able to do much. I care for KATV and am still sorry for y'alls loss. I know it hurts, but with time I know God will help all of you to be ok in the fact that Anne is not suffering anymore. I have met afew people in person who work at KATV but it was a long time ago. Back to when Mr. Matt Mosler covered weather, he came to the church I used to attend and he came once when my church had like a revival deal, and I also met Mr. Jeff Wingfield when he used to cover sports, and I admit both Mr. Mosler and Mr. Wingfield are both neat people. Well, sorry this is long but extending my happiness at how CUTE ya new little baby is (adorable kiddo), but extending my friendship-related-condolences at the loss of Ms. Pressly. May the Lord bless and keep KATV at the tragic time of y'alls loss, and may the Lord help guide the L.R.P.D. in capturing the murderer of y'alls beloved Anne Pressly. I wasn't trying to open the wounds again by mentioning her, but I wanted to extend my condolences. I'm so sorry, y'all. God bless and you all have a friend in Thornton, Arkansas (close to Fordyce).
